Allah must come first.
Allah says in the al-Qur’an, give reminders to each other as reminders are beneficial.
Allah MUST come first: Whatever we do in our daily lives, Allah must always have our first priority. Allah says in the al-Qur’an: If you make anything else more important than Allah and His Rasul, just wait, just wait for Allah’s retribution (balasan bala’ ). So do what Allah has commanded in the al-Quran and stay away from what Allah has forbidden.
Pray your solats within the prescribed time, meaning pray Subuh at Subuh time, pray Zuhur at Zuhur time, etc. Syaitan will always try to make us delay in our prayers, waste our time and money in unmeaningful and unproductive activities. We must not be a slave to our temptations.
Males must go to Friday prayers. No give and take unless you are traveling or truly sick. The best place for males to pray is always the mosque. The best place for females to pray is in her own bedroom.
Do not criticize people, gossip or lose your cool easily. Maintain your patience in all interactions. Be polite to people, especially to parents and elders. Be polite to members of your household. Be polite to your relatives. Be polite to your neighbours (even if they are not Muslims). Be polite to your colleagues at work or at school. Be polite to the shopkeepers in the market. There is so much to gain by being polite and there is so much to lose by being rude. Rudeness kills all goodness.
Make your house a Paradise on Earth. Rasulullah said don’t make your house like a grave. Read the qur’an in it. Maintain understanding, goodwill and true love between each other. Be helpful in all household chores. Never hurt your spouse’s feeling. Share her problems and challenges and give your support in her endeavours. Make her feel that you are always around to depend on. Be a loving person and not a bore.

| Understanding the role of syaitan |

In the al-qur’an Allah has warned us many times that syaitan is our enemy. Do not follow the steps and persuasians of syaitan. Allah has revealed that syaitans can see us from an angle where we can’t see them. Rasulullah said that syaitan presents in everybody like the blood which flows in our veins. Hadith has also reported that for every human child born, one syaitan is born. The only problem is that a human child grows up, grows old and dies. But syaitan never dies until the day of kiamat. In the end, the number of syaitans are more than the number of human beings.
Allah has declared that the dwelling place of syaitans in akhirat is hell. So syaitans will do all sorts of things so that we can be with them in hell. How do syaitans operate in order to achieve their aim ?
Syaitan will try and use all sorts of ways so that we would forget Allah; so that we don’t obey Allah’s commands and so that they can have as many people as possible to accompany them in hell. How do they do it ?
1. Syaitan makes us LAZY: They make us lazy to do the good things which Allah likes. They make us lazy to go to the mosque, lazy to pray 5 times a day, lazy to get up early in the morning to pray Subuh, lazy to help with house work, lazy to cook (just buy food at the coffee-shop), lazy to read religious books and kitabs, lazy to read religious emails, lazy to improve ourselves and all other forms of laziness. If you want to fight syaitan, you must fight your laziness.
2. Syaitan makes us waste our time: Syaitan is expert in diverting our attention to useless, unproductive and unmeaningful activities. When the time to pray comes, syaitan will make us do other things, e.g. watching TV, engaging in useless talks with other people, read newspapers, jalan2 downstairs, sit in the coffee shop, chat on the phone, standing on the corridor watching people go by, etc. etc.
3. Syaitan makes us waste our money: Syaitan doesn’t like if you sedekah your money to the masjid or to the needy. They prefer that you buy non-essential things – buy cigarettes, buy tickets to the movie, buy new clothes when you have a whole cupboard-full of them, buy non-religious magazines, buy a new 29 in. TV set when your neighbour just bought a 25 cm TV, change your window curtains every year when the old ones are still very good, etc. etc.
4. Syaitan makes lose our patience: Rasulullah said that patience is a part of iman. But syaitan doesn’t like this. They want us to lose our patience easily, to get involve in arguments and fights, to criticize other people, to gossip, to scold, etc. They don’t like to see goodwill and understanding among members of the family, among friends and neighbours and among colleagues at work.
5. Syaitan can control our emotions: Because syaitans run in our body like our blood, they can twist and turn our emotions. They can make us feel jealous, envious of the other people, dishonest, insincere, revengeful, rude, aggressive, etc.
Syaitans play games with us everyday in everyway possible so that we can gather more sins as we live along. Don’t let syaitan win over us. Be aware always !

| THE GIFT OF RAMADHAN |

THE GIFT OF RAMADHAN
In "fasting is prescribed for you" the word as-siyam, fasting, means a state of denial, withdrawal from things which one is used to: eating, drinking, lovemaking, and above all, from sinning. "As it was prescribed to those before you" means that fasting applies to all believers before from Adam {as} who, when he was sent from Paradise to this world, turned black from the harsh rays of the sun, to which he was unaccustomed. Gabriel {as} asked him if he would like to be relieved of this state, caused by the effects of the material world, and regain the whiteness of his holy body. To accomplish this, he had to fast the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth of the lunar month. On the thirteenth, one third of his body became white; on the fourteenth, two thirds of his body became white, and on the fifteenth, his whole body regained its purity. The thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth of the Arabic months are called ayyam-I bayd -- the white days -- because of this.
Our beloved Prophet {sas} says,
"O my people, the holy month of Ramadan, which contains a night which has more good in it than one thousand nights, is close. Allah Most High made fasting during the day an obligation and made the worship in its night voluntary for us. When someone abides with one prescribed obligation during this month, it is as if he has fulfilled seventy obligations outside of this holy month.
"The holy Ramadan is the month of patience. Patience is half of faith. The reward of patience is Paradise. During this month, worries leave the believers; their sustenance increases. The ones who feed the believers who fast are forgiven their sins, and are saved from the Fire, even if they are poor and cannot offer more than a date or a glass of milk, or a glass of water.
In another hadith, our beloved Prophet {sas} says,
"All the doors of Heaven and Paradise open on the first night of Ramadan, and stay open until the last night.
"For each prostration of the Muslims who pray during the nights of Ramadan, Allah registers seventeen hundred rewards. For each one who prays He builds a palace out of red ruby in Paradise. That house has a thousand bejeweled doors, and there is a pair of golden wings hanging above each door.
Every night during Ramadan, Allah Most High calls thrice to the believers: "Ask for something from Me so that I may give to you. Repent, so that I may readily forgive you. Wish for My Mercy so that I will cover you with My Mercy!"
On the Night of Power, (Lailatul Qadar) by the will of Allah, Gabriel {as}, leading an army of angels and holding a green flag, descends upon the earth. He erects the flag on top of the Ka`bah and opens his six hundred wings, which cover the East and the West. Then Gabriel {as} orders his angels to go and commune with the Muslims. The angels pass among the believers who are devout, who are fasting, who are praying, and who are busy in zikrullah. They bless them, hug and kiss them, and give them support so that their prayers are accepted
The Messenger of Allah {sas} has identified these four groups who are not worthy of Allah's Mercy on the Night of Power:
-- the drunkards who continue to drink; -- those who are unloving, disrespectful and disobedient to their parents; -- those who cut themselves off and do not visit or care about their relations and friends; -- those who dare to change Allah's religion, and separate themselves from the religion and orthodoxy.

| The Sworn Enemy |

THE SWORN ENEMY OF MANKIND
Whoever you may be, there is an enemy who is a devoted threat to you, who wishes for you eternal torment, having dedicated his whole existence to that end. That enemy is Satan. That is, Satan whom Allah cursed and expelled from His presence. He is your greatest foe. Nor is he a mere myth or legend, but a real being.
He has been in existence throughout human history. Millions who lived and died have succumbed to his wiles and been thrown into the flames, and continue to do so. He makes no distinctions among his victims: young or old, male or female, a head of state or beggar... He is against all human beings.
He is watching from afar and hatching his plots, even as you are reading this text. He has but one desire: to lure you, and as many people as possible, to Hell.
For him to succeed in his aim, it is not necessary that he succeed in tempting people to worship him, or to engage in outrageous acts of perversions. Neither does he necessarily wish to lead people to deny Allah. He himself has not done so. His only wish is to keep human beings away from the truth of the religion of Allah, as espoused in the Qur'an; to prevent them from worshipping Allah sincerely; and, as a result, to ensure they will ultimately have been doomed to eternal torment. Even, at times, by employing the guise of piety, he will make reference to the name of Allah, that he may lead people astray from the truth of the religion. That ruse alone is sufficient for him to drag people with him into the pit of Hell. And, no matter what means he employs, that is the inevitable end for those who choose to follow him:
It is written of him that if anyone takes him as a confidant, he will mislead him and guide him to the punishment of the Searing Blaze. (Surat al-Hajj, 4)
Satan has been charged with a role by Allah. That role is to be a means by which the believers, whom Allah has created for His Paradise, and others, created for Hell, may be distinguished from each another. Therefore, this means serves as a purging. Those with diseased or corrupt hearts are kept from or separated from the believers, by means of Satan. A verse of the Qur'an has revealed that Satan's influence will effect only the following sort of people:
[It is] so that He can make what Satan insinuates a trial for those with sickness in their hearts and for those whose hearts are hard-the wrongdoers are entrenched in hostility. (Surat al-Hajj, 53)
Furthermore, the difficulties which Satan seeks to inflict upon believers also offer an opportunity by which they may draw closer to Allah in this world, and increase their faith:
And [it is] so that those who have been given knowledge will know it is the truth from their Lord and believe in it and their hearts will be humbled to Him. Allah guides those who believe to a straight path. (Surat al-Hajj, 54)

| Iblis and syaitans |

Iblis and Syaitans are not hypocrites
Angel Jibrail told Rasulullah, s.a.w. that Allah has prepared seven Hells for the non-conforming humans and jins. Each Hell is on top of one another, and each is for different non-conformists. The gates of Hell are always open. The distance from one Hell Gate to another is equal to a journey of 70,000 years. (1 year in Akhirat time equals to 1000 years in Earthly time – alQur’an) So 70,000 years of akhirat time is 70 million years of Earth time. That is the distance from one Hell Gate to another. Each gate the one below is 70 times hotter than the one above.
Angel Jibrail told Rasulullah that when Allah created Hell, He lit the hell fire for 1,000 years until the fire became Red, then He continued to heat the flame for another 1,000 years until it turned White, then Allah continued to heat the blaze until it turned Black, dark Black and the flame has never been extinguished. If the heat of the ambers could escape through a needle hole, it will burn the whole Earth and the heat will burn to death the whole world population.
Angel Jibrail further made a comparison that if a shirt of a hell-dweller is hung in the sky between the Earth and the sky, the heat radiation will kill all human beings on Earth. If one link of the chain which chained a hell dweller is placed on a mountain, the whole mountain would melt down to the seventh layer of the earth crust.
Angel Jibrail said further that if a person in the East is being punished with hell fire, everyone who is in the West will also be burnt by the heat of the fire. Such is the strength of the heat of the fires of Hell.
Every hell is deep except for Hawiyah which is bottomless. The depth of a Hell is equal to if a stone is dropped from the top will take 70,000 years to reach its bottom.
The drink of a hell-dweller will be boiling water and pus (nanah) and his/her clothes will be made of pieces of fire. In each Gate, there is a special entrance for men and another for women.
Of the seven Hells, six of the are for the Kafirs, namely: Hawiyah, Jahim, Saqqar, Ladha, Hutomah, and Sijjin. The seventh hell which is on top has no name and it is reserved for the sinful and non-conforming Muslims. It is common for Muslims scholars to refer all hells as Jahannam.
Hawiyah is the most bottom of all the hells which has no bottom. This is for the hyprocrites (Munafik). Hyprocrites are those who pretended to be Muslims but in their heart, there is not an atom of belief in Islam. They pray as other Muslims pray, only for show to the public. There is no genuine and sincere niat (intention) to pray as a submission to Allah. They are Muslims only by name not by deed and sincerity. This include people who “murtad” to be kafirs after they were Muslims, as in the case of people who returned to be non-believers after Allah has bestowed food to Nabi Isa in “the last dinner.”
This bottomless Hell will also be the permanent home of Fir’aun (Pharoah) and his followers. Fir’aun claimed to be God and King. (He and his army were drowned in the Suez Canal in an effort to chase and capture Nabi Musa.)
Above Hawiyah, is Jahim, located at the second last bottom. It is reserved for the Musyriks. These are people who disbelieved the prophethood of Nabi Muhammad as the Messenger of Allah. They are also the people who are enemies of Islam who were vowed to destroy Islam from being the established religion of Allah.
Third from the bottom is hell Saqar. This hell is for the followers of Sabi’in.
Fourth from the bottom or fourth from the top is the hell of Ladha or often referred as Jahannam. This is for Iblis and all syaitans. (Iblis is not a pretender, meaning not a Munafik. He knows that Allah is God but he has chosen openly to disobey Allah. He did not hide his disobedience. His main purpose is to divert people away from worshipping Allah. He is honest in his strive. So he and his followers will not get the lowest hell.
Above Jahannam is hell Hutomah, which is third from the top. This hell is especially for all Jews.
Second from the top is hell Sa’eir or Sijjin. This is for all kinds of Christians: Catholics, Protestants, Presbyterians, Anglo-Saxons, etc. They believe in God and prophet Jesus, but diverted to beleve that Jesus (Nabi Isa) is the son of God.
The hell right on top has No Name. This is for sinful Muslims or non-conformist Muslims. They believe in Allah but refused to be obedient to all the Islamic rules and regulations. Often they pray 5 times a day, fast during Ramadhan, pay the zakat but failed in other areas. Rasulullah said that on the night of Mi’raj, he went to see this hell. It is full of women. He asked Jibrail what is the sin of these women ? Jibrail said that they were never satisfied with what their husbands gave them. In another riwayat, there were women who are hung upside down, with the head hanging towards the fire, these are the women who refused to cover their aurah, including refusing to wear scarfs to cover their heads. Wallahu a’lam
May Allah save us all from the fires of Hell.

| NO SOFT PILLOW OR SPRING BED |

Al-qur'an has reminded us that whoever has life will experience death, sooner or later, like it or not.
When we all were 120 days (4 months) old in our mother's stomach, Allah breathed his spirit and allocated 4 things for our life on Earth:-
i. Our life span - the point in time when we would be born into this world and the point of time when we would meet death. It will not expedited a second neither it is delayed even a second. So there will be a moment when each of us will meet death.
ii. How we meet our death - in Islam, there is no such thing as "cause of death" because the cause of death is always our time is up to return back to Allah (dah sampai ajal.) What we have is "How does a person meet his/her death." Some people die of old age, some die due to illness such as cancer, heart attack, etc. Some die due to accidents, any type of accident. Some die in battle or war. Some die while on a Haji trip to Mekah. Some die by drowning. Some die with no reason: one could be at a bus station and suddenly drop dead. And there so many ways which a person meets his/her death. How you are going to meet death has been written down when you still in your mother's stomach.
iii. Your rezeki in this world - Whether you are rich or poor is not your choice. Allah gives whoever He wants without limit. Some poor people can become wealthy by Allah's grace but some remain in the middle bracket - neither rich nor poor. Some are poor throughout his/her life. Allah reminded us in the al-qur'an: Do not envy if He has given someone more than you. Everyone has a rezeki, big or small. (According to Rasulullah, the wealthy people would enter paradise (jannah) last. Nabi also said that he saw most of the paradise dwellers were poor people while on Earth.) As for having a lot of money, the non-believers called it "luck" but Muslims called it "qodrat."
iv. Your level of iman and ibadah in this world - Some people were born from kafir parents but Allah made them Muslims. Some were born from Muslim parents but strayed into a life of non-believers. No one can be a Muslim unless Allah wants it. No one can be pious unless Allah wants it.
The time will come for everybody must go back to Allah in form of death. The assumption that the older ones die first is not true and not to be taken for granted. So we all must prepare ourselves.
While we wait for "kiamat", each of us will be in our grave. The grave is a cold place to lie and wait for years, may be hundreds or thousands of years. There's no spring bed in the grave. There is no soft pillow in the grave. It is hard clay and may become wet and muddy when it rains. We are alone. It could be dark or bright depending on our preparation in this world. It could be comfortable or torturous depending on our preparation in this world. The choice is ours.

| Are they coming near? |

In a Hadith, Rasulullah, s.a.w. said that when "kiamat" (doomsday) is near approaching, Allah would reverse the rotation of the Earth, from the present West to East to be East to West. When Allah reverses the rotation, then the Sun would appear to rise from the West. When this will happen, ONLY Allah knows alone.
In the same Hadith, Rasulullah, s.a.w. said that when "kiamat" is approaching fast, there would a lot of killings in this world. We are now seeing this in Iraq, Afghanistan, Russia (Chehnya), Indonesia, Palestine, etc. by suicide bombers. Iraq was a beautiful country but it has been devasted and ruined by American bombings, so is Afghanistan. So the signs of "kiamat" is shown clearly everyday.
When the Sun rises in the West, it would be too late for self-redemption (taubat), and it could be that none of us will see the Sun rising from the West as most of us would die by then (Wallahu a'lam). When death comes, a person fighting for his/her last breath, then "taubat" could never be accepted by Allah anymore (Al-Qur'an). Allah has reminded us that whoever has life would experience death. No one lives forever, except Allah, the Almighty and All-Merciful God.
Allah says in the Al-Qur'an, when "kiamat" occurs, everyone will know and feel it, whether one is still alive in this world or already buried underground. Even those in the heavens (skies) will know it when the skies break up and all the planets explode into dusts.
There is no escape. Once you have a life, you will be held responsible for it, whether here in this world or there-after in akhirat. Everyone would be On-Trial in the open court of Yaumil Mahsyar, where Allah is the ONLY judge. Your mouth would be locked and dumb-founded, only each part of your body speaks in giving evidence. The video of your life would be shown to everyone, people from the time of Adam to the last human being.
So don't ever forget that the Day would come, when the Sun will rise in the West.

| Plan anything you like |

In life we often have plans: plan for the day, plan for tomorrow and plan for the future. We plan in accordancce with our wishes and needs. We can plan anything but ONLY Allah who decides whether that plan will take place as planned and/or that plan will be successful as we planned.
No one knows what will happen tomorrow. Only Allah knows what will come infront of us, whether individually or as a community of mankind. If your plan comes out successfully as planned, that is Allah's approval of your plan, whether the plan was good or bad.
So what we do we to make our plan a reality ? We make "do'a" to Allah to make easy our path in executing the plan and plead for Allah's help to make it successful or at least satisfctory to our wishes. Allah hears your do'a, in whatever language you supplicate.
So when you plan something for the day, for tomorrow or the future, "do'a" to Allah to make the plan successful. ONLY Allah can realise your plan. You can never do it on your own !
If Allah wants to help you, nobody can stop it. But if Allah ignores you, there is no one to help you except Allah. (Al-Qur'an)

Salam,
When Allah has completed the creation of Nabi ADAM, a.s., the first human being, He ordered Nabi Adam to listen carefully the greeting those who were there at the human creation (the angels and Iblis, etc.)
The angels greeted Nabi Adam "Assalamualaikum" meaning peace be with you. Then Allah ordered Nabi Adam to use this phrase when greeting human creatures. That's the first word of the human language which Allah taught Nabi Adam. And it is used until today among Muslims.
So use this word when:
1. You meet each other anywhere.
2. You answer the phone, both home phone and handphone.
3. You enter the house.
4. You are separating from your friend, brother/sister, husband/wife, etc.
5. You start an email or letter. This can be shortened to just Salam.
If you use what Allah has taught, there is always the blessing (barakat).
If you don't, Allah doesn't lose anything except you lose the barakat.
DO NOT say "Hi, everybody!" when you meet friends or relatives. This is not Islamic. Say Assalamualaikum All.

The King of the Day of Judgment
The King of the Day of Judgment… (Surat al-Fatiha, 1:3)
On the Day of Judgment, people will be resurrected and gathered together to account for their deeds. On that Day, they will have neither the will nor the opportunity to pay attention to the people around them, whether they are their parents, spouses, or children. Due to this Day's fearsome nature, everyone will pay attention only to themselves, for:
What will convey to you what the Day of Judgment is? Again! What will convey to you what the Day of Judgment is? It is the Day when a self will have no power to help any other self in any way. The command that Day will be Allah's alone. (Surat al-Infitar, 82:17-19)
On that Day, anything to which a person attaches too much attention will be reduced to insignificance. From then on, any mundane relation or kinship will lose all importance, for the only value that will remain is one's faith in Allah. No one will be able to help another person, for only Allah, if He wills, can save a person from this detrimental situation.
Each of us will be alone before Allah's presence, the Owner of the Day of Judgment, just as we were alone when we were first created. Each of our deeds and thoughts will be displayed on the Day of Judgment, for He never forgets any detail, no matter how small. Allah creates a setting that befits His Honor and calls His servants to account. However, He saves anyone He wills through His mercy.
On this Day, when unbelievers will be overwhelmed by a grievous regret, believers will be joyful and exuberant:
... On the Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who had faith along with him... (Surat at-Tahrim, 66:8)
That is because “Allah will certainly help Messengers and those who believe both in the life of the world and on the Day the witnesses appear.” (Surah Ghafir, 40:51)
The sole king of that Day is Allah, for He is the only One Who can command. The related verses read:
There will be but one Great Blast, and then their eyes will open. They will say: “Alas for us! This is the Day of Reckoning!” This is the Day of Decision you used to deny. (Surat as-Saffat, 37:19-21)
Woe that Day to the deniers, those who deny the Day of Reckoning. No one denies it except for every evil aggressor. (Surat al-Mutaffifin, 83:10-12)

A Glass Of Milk
One day,a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school found he had only one coin left and he was hungry.He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house.However,he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door.Instead of a meal he asked for a cup of water.
She thought he looked hungry so she brought him a large glass of milk.He drank it slowly and then asked,"How much do I owe you?" "You don'nt owe me anything." she replied." Mother has taught us never to accept payment for kindness."Then I thank you from my heart,"he said.
As Howard Kelly left that house,he not only felt stronger physically,but the woman's kindness gave him the will to carry on.
Years later that young woman became critically ill.The local doctors were baffled.They finally sent her to the big city,where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.
Dr.Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation.When he heard the name of the town she came from,a strange light filled his eyes.Immediately,he rose and when to her room.He recognized her at once.He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life.
From that day he gave special attention to the case.After a long struggle,the battle was won.Dr.kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval.He looked at it,then wrote something on the bill,and sent it to her room.
She feared to open it,for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all.Finally she looked,and something on the bill caught her attention.
She read these words.......
"Paid in full with a glass of milk."

ALLAH THE PLANNER (AL MAKIR)
Those who plotted against the just religion throughout history strove to distance people from it for their own selfish desires (e.g., greed for power, personal interests, and so on). In the Hereafter, they will be told: “No, it was your scheming night and day when you commanded us to reject Allah and assign equals to Him.” (Surah Saba', 34:33) Yet there is a very important point that we need to remember here:
Those before them plotted, but all planning belongs to Allah. He knows what each self earns, and the unbelievers soon will know who has the Ultimate Abode. (Surat ar-Ra‘d, 13:42)
As is related in the verse above, “all planning belongs to Allah.” Thus, against all of the unbelievers' plots, Allah devises the best plan. Allah calls attention to the deadlock facing unbelievers:
They concocted their plots, but their plots were with Allah, even if they were such as to make the mountains vanish. (Surah Ibrahim, 14:46)
As this verse relates, Allah protects all believers from these plots. This is very easy for Allah, Who turns all plots against His Messengers and believers into failures and makes unbelievers suffer the ensuing dire consequences, for “… Allah is swifter at planning...” (Surah Yunus, 10:21)
No doubt, Allah creates every incident with a purpose and for the ultimate good. He uses the unbelievers' plots against believers to test them. He then extends His help to those servants who can discern the good and beauties in the events He creates, and turns all of these to their benefit.

...all your conversations with your friends have to do with guys/girls, or movies, or guys/girls in movies
...you spend more nights at the club during Ramadan than at a Masjid
...you can't remember the last time you asked someone a question about something you didn't understand in Islam
...you find time to watch three movies a week but find yourself too busy to pray Sholat regularly
...that Quran translation you were given last 'Eid is still sitting on the top shelf of your bookrack
...the 'inner voice' you hear when you are in complete silence sounds surprisingly similar to the latest hip-hop song you heard
...you don't know any people who you can say Salaams to without feeling embarrassed
...the feeling that God is watching you in all that you do is never more than a passing thought
...you are available to receive phone calls at 2 a.m.
...your clothes and hair smell of cigarettes on Sunday mornings even though you don't smoke
...knowing something is right or wrong and feeling guilty about it does not effect whether you actually do it or not
...you gave hope of ever entering Paradise because you don't feel you deserve it after 'all that I have done
...when you want something in your life you fantasize about it and say "I wish!"
...you can't figure out why you are never truly happy deep in your heart and why nothing good in your life ever seems to last (why does it always have to end?)
...the happiest day of your life so far was on a Christmas, Valentine, or a dance
...you are loneliest when you are sad or when something bad has happened to you (where did all my friends go?)
...you don't think of the Prophet at least once a day
...when you hear of Muslims dying somewhere in the world, you consider it part of 'politics' which you have nothing to do with
...your 'best friend' is a person of the opposite gender yet not your husband or wife
...you have no motivation to change things in your life
...when your faults are pointed out to you, you reply "This is who I am, for better or for worse!"
...listening to the Quran does not make you feel guilty
...you are actually flattered when people on the street stare or ask you out
...you friends never object to any of your bad habits or behaviours and vice versa
...you don't care whether you go to heaven or hell since no one can really be sure about these things
...to you, Islam is just another 'organized institutionalized religion'
...you actually agreed with everything your philosophy professor taught in class
...you generally feel crappy and often find yourself telling people that you consider and justify your sins as 'a part of who I am'
...you want to travel around the world someday but Makkah is not one of your planned stops
...your parents hate you and have said so to you
...you read the horoscopes yet have never performed Salat-ul-Istikharah
...you have never felt like falling down on your face and crying to Allah
...you look down upon people who are more practicing than yourself as 'just mullahs and ustaz'
...your past bad experiences with some Muslims prevent you from getting closer to Islam and other Muslims

A person who fasts has two happiness, that is, happiness when he/she breaks the fast (at sunset), and the happiness when meeting his God. Verily, the smell of the mouth of a faster is more pleasant than perfume.
The best month of the year
in the life of any Muslim.
The gates of all paradise are open
The gates of all hell are closed
All do'a (s) are heard and answered
Setans are chained under the sea.
an opportunity to reduce weight
an opportunity to reduce colesterol
an opprtunity to stop smoking
an opportunity to reduce spending
an opportunity to seek Allah's mercy and favour
Fast and pray during Ramadan
do it for ALLAH !
and we all will be saved and safe !
Happy in this world and Happy in the next.
Human beings have a choice: To accept the fact that There is No God except Allah OR to disregard this fact and don't care about the conditions which Allah has laid down for all who He has given life and allowed to live on His Earth. The CHOICE is on every person.
But if one chose to disregard Allah's rules and conditions, then the reward for disobedience is HELL.
No one has a choice. OBEY and go to Paradise, if not, he or she will be sent to the fires of Hell. No one lives forever.
From Allah we come, to Allah we return.
